Adnoc Logistics & Services (Adnoc L&S) announced on 25 August that it was exercising the option for two additional LNG vessels as part of its orderbook with China’s Jiangnan Shipyard. Both vessels will be Conventional LNG Carriers (175,000m3) and will cost a combined $444mn.
The new ships will join Adnoc L&S’ fleet in 2029, and contribute to a total of $2.7bn in vessel acquisitions and newbuild commitments announced this year. The firm currently has ten LNG vessels with a further 14 on order. (CONTINUED – 125 WORDS)
